60mL Sapiir
90ml Tonic
10 ml Rosemary Gomme
10 ml Lime Juice
METHOD
Fill a balloon glass with ice. Add Sapiir, Rosemary Gomme, and lime & stir. Top with 90ml dry tonic water.
