INGREDIENTS
60mL Seadrift Coast
60mL Watermelon Juice
30mL Freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 smashed mint leaves
30mL Sugar Syrup
1 egg

METHOD
Place ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Fill glass with ice. Shake and pour the contents of the shaker over the ice.

Top with two mint leaves and a slice of watermelon
