The Carl Jung Winery located at Boosenburg Castle Germany (a UNESCO world heritage site) was the first to patent its renowned dealcoholisation process. This traditional, full-bodied non-alcoholic Shiraz has a solid structure with medium tannins, an intense ruby red colour, a strong nose and a well-balanced flavour of black fruits and dark chocolate. This Shiraz is also Vegan-friendly and low in calories.
