It is a handmade blend using coffee, sugar syrup, chocolate bitters and caramel. To create a classic Espresso Martini add 75mls to 45mls of the Ms Sans Sanstini Vodka substitute in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.
