Created by Chef William Wade and Aaron Trotman, NON 5 is a lightly carbonated alcohol alternative to a traditional Petillant Farmhouse Gose (a sour fermented beer). Verjus, premium filtered water, Citra hops, lemon verbena, lemongrass, hibiscus, lemon myrtle, liquorice root, peppermint, preserved lemon and Murray River salt combine to create a truly unique and uplifting infusion. This is Australian made, vegan friendly and low in sugar low in and calories.
